What we do
Painting is our specialty, but our work doesn't stop there. We also repair drywall, paint and stain cabinets, refinish decks, paint concrete walls and concrete siding, replace light fixtures and power wash exteriors. One team handles your whole project, from prep to the final walkthrough.
Interior house painting
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors and windows. Everything in the room is covered and protected, with clean lines and complete cleanup.
Drywall repairs
Wall damage, cracks and water-damaged drywall, patched, textured and sanded to a smooth, paint-ready surface.
Deck painting
Complete deck painting, including the deck boards, top rails, pickets and bottom rails. Each surface is sanded and primed as needed, then painted for a clean, long-lasting finish.
Cabinet painting
Cabinet doors, drawers and frames, each sanded and primed before painting for a clean, modern finish.
Cabinet staining
Cabinet doors, drawers and frames, each sanded and primed before staining to bring out the rich character of the wood.
Concrete painting
Concrete walls, exterior concrete siding, foundation stem walls and concrete ceilings. Each surface is cleaned, prepped, then painted with paint made for concrete so the finish stands up to moisture and wear.
Light replacement
Swap out old light fixtures for new ones, inside or outside the house. From ceiling lights to wall and porch lights, new fixtures are installed neatly to give any space an updated look.
Power washing
Siding, decks, driveways, sidewalks and fences, cleaned of dirt, mildew and built-up grime. Your home's exterior will look brighter and new. Also great prep before painting.

Our team has been painting since 2020. In 2026 we founded RMZ Painting LLC to bring the right people to every project. We are a crew of four who work with discipline, pay attention to every detail and do the job the right way, so every customer is satisfied with the result.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the project and the amount of detail. A single room that needs painting and patching usually takes half a day to a full day. Most full interiors are finished in less than four days.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We move and cover everything before we start, and we clean up completely when the job is done.
What paint do you use?
We are partnered with Sherwin-Williams and use their paint on our projects.
Can you help me choose colors?
Yes. If you would like help choosing colors or finishes, we are happy to guide you.
Do you work in the winter?
Yes. We work year-round, with mostly interior projects during the winter months.
Do you work on businesses too?
Yes. We take on both residential and commercial projects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check and Zelle.
Do you require a deposit?
For projects of $5,000 or more, we require a deposit of at least $1,000 before work begins.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Every project comes with a 12-month guarantee. If any touch-ups or details need attention within 12 months, we will come back and take care of them.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. Proof of insurance is available on request.
How fast will I get my estimate?
We usually reply within 24 hours of your request. For in-person estimates, we can often give you a price on the spot or later that same day.
How soon can you start?
Whenever you are ready. Once you approve the quote, we schedule the start date around you.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We speak English and Spanish. Hablamos español.
